We are Hiring Sales Representative Quebec

Job Posting – Sales Representative 

Location: Québec
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Clientele: Business-to-Business (B2B)
Industry: Electronic Security Solutions (Video Surveillance, Access Control, Alarms, etc.)


About the Role:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced electronic security solutions to business clients across various sectors.

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base while guiding clients toward the right security technologies tailored to their operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales and Business Development (75% account management – 25% new business)

  • Manage and grow your assigned client portfolio;

  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting (B2B);

  • Analyze client/prospect security needs and recommend appropriate solutions;

  • Present products and solutions (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.);

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical/commercial benefits;

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals;

  • Provide post-sale support, ensure client satisfaction, and manage renewals/extensions;

  • Work closely with technical, project, and after-sales support teams;

  • Maintain accurate records and track activities using the company CRM;

  • Analyze client data and market trends to develop tailored solutions;

  • Prepare reliable sales forecasts and maintain detailed client records;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful, results-driven solutions.

B. Administration

  • Participate in the company’s annual sales and operations planning process;

  • Adhere to pricing policies and service conditions.

C. General Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets;

  • Maintain strong collaboration with other departments;

  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by upper management.


Your Profile:

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in physical or IT security solutions for large corporate clients;

  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure and network systems applied to integrated security;

  • Proven ability to build trust with clients and deliver real value;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations;

  • Skilled in sales planning, proposal presentation, and closing strategic opportunities;

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a solid grasp of client goals and constraints;

  • High energy and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement;

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with effective negotiation ability;

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments and with internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a reputation as a trusted and respected contact;

  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

  • Known for reliability, accountability, and working well both independently and in teams;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Comfortable working in a remote/virtual team environment;

  • Relevant experience in electronics, IT, security systems, or building automation;

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;

  • Technical training in electronics, IT, security, or video surveillance systems is a strong asset.
