We are Hiring Project Manager

About the Company

We are a company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of integrated security solutions throughout Quebec. Our services include alarm systems, video surveillance (CCTV), access control, and intercom systems for commercial and industrial clients.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of our installation projects.

The Senior Security Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing physical security projects while ensuring that quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met. They serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders. They manage the project’s impacts, both during execution and after completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and required resources.

  • Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and performance indicators.

  • Ensure coordination between internal teams and external partners.

  • Anticipate and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Ensure deliverable quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Prepare steering committee meetings and write meeting minutes.

  • Produce regular progress reports (KPIs, budget tracking, risks, decisions).

Work will primarily take place in the Greater Montreal area and across Quebec, but those interested may be required to work elsewhere in Canada on special projects.

The Ideal Candidate

The selected candidate will be passionate about the security industry and will:

  • Ensure that clients are trained on the use and proper operation of installed equipment as well as the Client-CRM portal.

  • Ensure accurate documentation within internal systems.

  • Be available to travel within the covered territory.

  • Meet installation deadlines and budgets.

  • Adhere to customer service policies, job site rules, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the security or electrical field.

  • Experience supervising installation teams for alarm, surveillance camera, or access control systems.

  • Valid RBQ or ASP Construction card (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Solid knowledge of building codes, occupational health and safety regulations (CNESST), and construction site practices in Quebec.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in French (functional English is an asset).

  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).

  • PMP certification (an asset).

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across Quebec.
